  I truly wish I could rate with negative stars. I received the worst customer service from Donavin Copeland. You could see the look on his face when we were directed to him for help. When I explained my son could not download picture messages his reply was that's just how it is sometimes. Then I asked for help with the percentage off for BOE employees and after telling me to go to the website he looked up from his phone finally only to ask another customer if he could help them. He was beyond RUDE!!! He never once looked at my childs phone to see if he could solve the problem. The young lady who shared the counter with him noticed how upset we were and asked if she could help. Guess what? After actually looking at the device she had the problem fixed in under 5 minutes. I believe he could benefit from some retraining in customer relations.

  Mayra is the best! I was having the worst day with my phone and she helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Definitely the best T-Mobile customer service in Savannah.
