  This is the worst AT&T store I have ever had the misfortune to enter. Before leaving my house, I looked online for the requisite information to get a replacement sim card. However the associate there would not give me my replacement sim card. He made me leave and return three different times, each time adding an additional stimpulation to the so called "corporate policy". When I returned for a FOURTH time in the same day, the associate I had been dealing with had left. I was able to talk to another associate Caja. She also was extremely unhelpful. It was at this point that I realized that the associates at this store are entirely unwilling to do their jobs! She continued to lie about their corporate policies, even though she was contradicting what the AT&T website clearly stated. I asked her to see their store policy in writing. She refused to show me their policy in writing. I asked to speak to a manager, but there was no manager on duty. I asked for the manager's card, but she refused to give me the manager's card. All I could get from Caja was that her manager's name was Dan. In the end, I never got my replacement sim card and I will be taking my business to another company! THERE IS A SERIOUS PROBLEM WITH THIS STORE! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

  Store clerks were very unhelpful and refused to put me in touch with a supervisor, while doing whatever they could to get me to leave. Never trust an "acting" manager.

  Not sure why all of the hate from other reviewers. I broke my phone the night before going on vaca. In Savannah. Looked up this location and walked to is as it was close to the Brice Hotel. Upon entering, Shawn was assisting two other customers. He was able to assist me very soon, I purchased my new S8+ and was even told of all of the possible deals by him, he broke down my payments, what my monthly charge would be (correctly) was still able to assist others professionally, and was absolutely kind and smart with everything he did. Props to this location!
