This sucks big time. Two days of trying to reach a real person only to discover by calling the Sprint store is that I have to go see them??? CUSTOMER SUPPORT: SUCKS SUCKS SUCKS!!! PS Sorry for the poooor language, but this is so unacceptable!!!
