  This is the absolute worst service i have ever experienced. They told me I needed to list myself as a delagate to add a phone to the account. Being irritated, i left the store without saying anything and did as the guy asked. After proceeding to get the necessary information to log onto the account from the account holder, who happens to be my mom who was in Mexico at the time so was without phone service so i had to bother her on facebook. After proceeding to list myself as a "delagate", I returned to the store and the same guy refused to let me purchase a phone. He said it was suspicious and decided to call his manager to confirm that I wasnt able to add the phone until they got my mom (account holders) permission. They tried to reach her multiple times while i told them they wont be able to because she is in MEXICO. I was denied service and am currently without a phone because of their "suspicion". I took all the legal necessary measures to do what they simply asked me to do and add myself as a delagate but was still denied. The manager of this place should also be held accountable for the terrible service that i experienced.

  The staff were very patient and informative when it came to my ignorance with my iPhone and bill. I left T Mobile for poor customer service but Sprint won me over two thumbs up.
