  I found SJM Fine Jewelers on recommendation from a business owner in downtown savannah. I wanted to create a custom silver engagement ring with a very unique design and setting. I had a basic idea of what the design would be and some vague drawings for the craftsman to look at. He sat down with me for quite awhile to discuss my idea and expectations, examining the images I brought him, asking thoughtful questions, and making proposals. I left our first meeting feeling very confident that he had made every effort to communicate clearly with me and to understand the image I had in my head. He sent me pictures throughout the process and contacted me several more times with other questions. The final product was far better than I had hoped! This man is a true craftsman who not only has mastery of his art, but also provides top-tier customer service. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend SJM Fine Jewelers to anyone seeking custom silver work of any kind.
