  I can't speak to customer service but I can tell you I got the business and sales. I ended up getting a King Coil which Lisa said was as good as the Serta they just didn't spend as much advertising. On the third night I was trying to sleep on it and my back ached so bad I took a Benadryl and Aleve trying to sleep. When I called Monday, Becky said Lisa was off but she would give her the message. Oh and King koil isn't as good as Serta since they won't take the bed back. You can spend more money to swap it for another bed. Yea right. And Sit & Sleep won't stand behind the products they sell either no matter what they tell you during the pitch. Never did hear back from anyone there. Expensive lesson. You can't judge comfort for the next month or year based on laying on a bed for 15 minutes. By the way. When I stood the bed on it's end trying to get it in it went limp and curled over on itself. Maybe they should infuse it with Viagra. Shop at a reputable store that will take their crappy merchandise back!
