  This is our SECOND wonderful experience with the rug shoppe. We feel fortunate to have had the opportunity to use someone we trusted and felt valued our business, no matter how many times we called and asked a question. Kevin has the patience of a saint as you see just one more sample and look at one more color. I just can't say enough about how much I feel they offer great customer service, quality work and service AFTER the sale! It is with the utmost confidence that we enter into home renovations where they are involved. It is clear they always want to make sure you are satisfied. It is a great feeling in this day and age!
