  Due to our procrastination, we thought our "back-up" problem could wait. We called to see if anyone could come out on a day that I took off and no one could come that day. Randy put us down for the first appointment the following week. Lo and behold, that next night, our one and only toilet backed up along with our bathtub. We called Roto Rooter in and he came out, looked at the problem, and said someone would have to come out during daytime hours stating they'd have to do something on the roof. I already knew they had no openings. Randy got Tony to come out early that next morning (even though I'd bugged him way before any of the guys even got to work) and he snaked the drain. That was it! Thanks to Randy for his efficiency and professionalism. Thanks to Tony for handling everything with ease and explaining everything afterwards (with diagram) included. You guys rock!
