  I would give this location zero stars if I could. The customer service is very poor. I went to this store to purchase my children some shoes due to the variety they have. Upon entering the store I was never greeted or acknowledge even said hello to one of the associates who just stared at me. There were 3 associates working at this time, they were engaging in conversation among one another, never asked if I needed any help. I walked out the store, still never once being acknowledge, and eventually came back because my children wanted a particular shoe. Upon entering the store an hour later for a second time still never being acknowledge, other customers entering the store never being acknowledge. Despite that I got a shoe for my daughter to try on, the associate just stared at me never asked if I needed help, so I walked up to her and asked does this shoe come in half sizes, she said no, and I asked to see a particular size. She brought two pair of shoes out, tried one on and it was too tight, I asked her again do they come in half sizes she said no again. Never asked if I wanted to try a different size. So prior me leaving the store I looked up to see if this brand carries half sizes and they do. She I am now going to order my daughter shoes from an online store for the same price. You need to have more customer friendly, welcoming, and helpful associates. I will not spend my money where I am ignored, not acknowledge or welcomed.
