  Amazing experience!!! I took my son in on his birthday to get a game with a gift card he was given as a gift. My cashier was Adam. He was very friendly and helped us a LOT! Our gift card would not work, so Adam and isibelle continued trying to figure out the issue. Sean got on the phone and waited on hold for 20 minutes just to be told there was nothing that could be done from their end. Instead of giving up, they found another solution. Sean called another number while isibelle and Adam continued trying to fix the issue. Sean was able to get in touch with someone that could help and they were able to transfer the gift card funds to another card. My son was very upset when he thought he would not be able to get his games, but after 30 minutes of non stop trying, we were able to successfully buy our games and go home. I would give this store a 10 star if I could! They were all very professional and my son and I were very satisfied when we left! Thank you Adam, Sean and isibelle for all your help, you made my son very happy on his birthday!!! I will definitely return!!!
