  Management was courteous and very helpful. Artist I had did some work on my friend as well. Gave the artist plenty of ideas and guidance to go off for an original and interesting design but he ended up basically just tracing the image right out of a picture. The only reason I ended up getting the tattoo after being mostly underwhelmed with the design was it was my first tattoo and I was nervous. If I had to do it again I would have went somewhere else so that part is my fault. It's still a quality tattoo however and there is no doubt he is a good artist. Went back months later for another tattoo and briefly met with him to discuss the new idea, he cut me off immediately and just said "I don't do those" and pretty much invited me to leave. I got it artist have styles they focus on and ones they don't do but he didn't even entertain the idea and I didn't feel very respected as a returning customer or even a regular person for that matter when I left. I ended up just going next door and was able to get an amazing tattoo the same day.. My friend's first tattoo turned out great he went back for an additional tattoo of a wolf running across his chest. Same artist. It wasn't until my friend got home he realized his wolf only had 3 legs.. everything else looked alright. Shop is cool there rest of the staff was polite and friendly.
